Robin Fleming has over 35 years in software technology, including extensive experience with  Enterprise Applications, B2B SaaS, B2B2C, eCommerce Marketplaces.
 
Her expertise has reshaped teams and product lines with millions of daily active users and revenues from $150M to $3B. Robin has built a reputation synonymous with transformative strategy and business growth.
 
She's thrived where predecessors faltered, successfully deploying strategies that fuel business expansion and aid in mergers and acquisitions.

Her leadership extends to product divisions, teams, and business operations, and for over 15 years, Robin managed product and services P&L for public and private companies. She played pivotal roles in 9 acquisitions, supporting due diligence and post-acquisition business integration. 

Her executive and senior leadership roles span multiple industries and sectors, including:

  • B2C and B2B2C eCommerce: 5 years with Angie's List and Match.com.

  • Supply Chain & Manufacturing: 12 years with i2 Technologies and USDATA.

  • Enterprise B2B Platforms: 13 years, including Teradata, Worksoft, and Anvl.
     

Robin loves cultivating leaders, creating opportunities, and helping them advance in their careers. Robin believes that integrity and candor about business risks are critical in delivering high quality, robust products and services.  She focuses on results, strives to work smart and learn from failures. Robin serves as an Independent Board Director with Clean Slate Technology Group and Think Future Technologies and is a member of the Indiana University Tobias Leadership Center Fellows Advisory Board which she helped establish as an Executive in Residence. Her previous board roles encompassed Anvl, ClearSoftware (acquired by Microsoft), and the Women in Hi-Tech Non-Profit Board and she was the executive sponsor for the Raleigh and Indianapolis chapters of the Women to Teradata. 


Robin's dedication has garnered multiple industry awards for software innovation and company culture. Personal accolades include the Ouachita Baptist University (OBU) Alumni Milestone Award, the TechPoint Tech 25 Award.

A lifelong learner, Robin enjoys continuing business education courses and completed a year-long Tobias Leadership Fellowship from the Indiana University Tobias Leadership Center, digital innovation strategy through MIT and she's completing corporate board training through the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) where she is a member.

She enjoys contributing thought leadership through mastermind groups, accelerators and startup incubators
